What a fabulous weekend it was in Spokane! NCAA March Madness filled the Spokane Arena with thousands of basketball fans from all over the region and the country, and Pacific Northwest Volleyball filled the Spokane Convention Center with thousands of fans as well; both bringing excitement, massive media coverage and a huge economic boost to local business. Thanks to the Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Spokane Sports Commission for getting those events here, and thanks to the Public Facilities District for doing such a great job in making it happen.
