Kendall Yards getting a grocery store

Kendall Yards is getting a grocery store which will not be part of a chain, but a small, urban-style store, similar to Seattle's Metropolitan Market. The store, called My Fresh Market, will be located on the Northwest corner of North Monroe and Summit Parkway, just north of the Monroe Street bridge. My Fresh Market will be approximately 26,000 square feet, which is about 4,000 square feet larger than the former Safeway store, now Grocery Outlet, at Third and Maple.
